Nagi No Asukara
It’s hard to believe we’re so close to the deluge of new shows, but the TV spots and promos are hitting strong these days. The latest TV spot is for the October 3rd debut of Nagi no Asu Kara from PA Works. The anime series is being directed by Toshiya Shinohara based on the story my Mari Okada with broadcast set on Tokyo MX and Animax. Okada’s works in the past year alone have been pretty diverse with series composition involvement on Aquarion Evol, Black Rock Shooter, Lupin the Third: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine, AKB0048, Blast of Tempest, Pet Girl of Sakurasou and AKB0048 next stage.
The debut of the new video also adds a few more pieces to the puzzle as it’s been revealed that Ray will be handling the opening theme song while Nagi Yanagi will be handling the closing song for it.
Plot concept: The series centers around two middle school friends, the indecisive crybaby Manaka Mukaido and Hikari Sakishima, who has looked after her since they were children. They and their friends are live under the sea.
