The production for Transformers: Age of Extinction has been pretty quiet, which makes sense since so much of it is post-production work with special effects and voice acting for the various Transformers that are in it. But we’ve gotten a new tease as the latest issue of Empire Magazine has surfaced with its cover for it that has some of the cast of actors to be sure, but also provides us with our first look at Optimus Prime for the film.
The feature, which brought back Michael Nay to direct based on a script by Ehren Kruger, has a new cast of actors and a $165 million budget from Paramount to work with for its June 27th, 2014 release. This is actually $30 million less than the previous film, which itself grossed $1.1 billion dollars theatrically.
