With the opening choral bit that reminded me of 2001: A Space Odyssey, the first trailer for Godzilla has debuted. It’s more tease than anyhting else when you get down to it, but we get a couple of good looks at the title character as well as the scale of it, which is definitely an important aspect of it. It’s set to debut on May 16th, 2014 in the US.
