What They Say:
Fuuka is an amnesiac. As she wanders through the unfamiliar town, she realizes that she’s being chased. It’s one of the mafia families running the town — the Oz family — that saves her. In a town where friendship and fighting exist together, Fuuka must decide who’s hand to accept. And then there’s the question: why doesn’t she remember anything?

Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers)
As we get closer to the end of the run I’ll admit I don’t expect much beyond appealing animation, though we get some cute things here and there. This time around we get Scarlet under a bit of threat, though he doesn’t take it too seriously at first. This episode focuses on the arrival of Ande from the Oz Academy, an outgoing young woman that’s just loud and in your face. Like any new character to a situation she just thrusts herself into everything making sharp comments and innuendo but at least Scarlet and the teacher du jour essentially ignore her and just kind of play along so as to move away from it all. It’s just a lot of controlled chaos in a small space that has nothing to do with anything. Yet is familiar enough to anyone who’s been to school and has to interact with people.
In Summary:
Ozmafia has one of its weaker episodes here with the introduction of Ande who is essentially just a bundle of energy and inquisition that doesn’t really do much of anything. There are small moments where it’s mildly cute if only because of Scarlet and how he reacts to things but beyond that there’s really nothing to latch onto this time as even Ande’s character design doesn’t do much to stand out animation wise.
