Mikakunin de Shinkoukei
With the announcement of the twelve minute bonus short being included with the release, Toho has set out with a new promo to advertise the home video release of Mikakunin de Shinkoukei along with the overall details of the release. The series is going to begin its home video release on March 19th, 2014 and it will be spread across six volumes overall. The Blu-ray releases are priced at 7,140 yen each while the DVD releases will be priced at 6,090 yen each. No further details were included with the solicitations to talk about the what on-disc extras there might be beyond the bonus short for the first volume. A first-press edition will include a CD as a bonus with three tracks to it.
Sentai Filmworks has picked up the North American rights for the series.
Plot concept: Based on an original comic written by Cherry Arai, Engaged to the Unidentified is a slapstick romantic comedy centering around 16-year old Kobeni Yonomori, who lost her memory of her childhood due to an accident. On her 16th birthday, she is introduced to her fiancé for the first time, Hakuya Mitsumine, who not only saved Kobeni’s life when she was injured in her childhood accident, but may also not be human…
