While things are certainly fluid in a lot of ways, it’s been made clear that the next installment of Star Wars theatrically will be a final and proper send-off for fans, hoping in some way to mitigate the disastrous parts of the prequel trilogy for many of the older fans. While there’s still no formal casting information out there, it’s expected to hit in the next few months and probably further into shooting itself. But there are tidbits out there as Carrie Fisher, who is out talking up some of her TV appearances as of late, mentioning that there’s a planned on-set time in the near future that’s either in March or April and she expects to work with both Mark Hamill and Harrison Ford again. In fact, she has an idea she hopes can be incorporated into it, at least humorously;
“I’d like to wear my old [cinnamon buns] hairstyle again — but with white hair. I think that would be funny.”
