DokiDoki! Precure Movie – Mana Kekkon Mirai ni Tsunagu Kibou no Dress
As we get to the seasonal changeover in series on TV for Precure, which is moving into its 11th iteration, the movie for this past generation is about to get a release. DokiDoki! Precure Movie: Mana Kekkon!!? Mirai ni Tsunagu Kibou no Dress is set for release on March 19th, 2014 in a couple of different configurations, as well as a few Amazon Japan exclusives.
The feature is getting a limited edition Blu-ray release that will be priced at 7,980 yen, a DVD limited edition priced at 5,985 yen and a regular DVD edition at 4,935 yen.
The releases look to have some decent on disc extras with the TV spots, clean opening and closing. The various editions and the exclusive editions look to revolve more around different artwork types for the releases. Also included is a premiere event piece from the Tokyo International Film Festival.
Plot concept: Mana is given a wedding dress which was worn by her mother and grandmother. All of sudden a mysterious man named Matthew appears and takes her to the past world. Mana is so glad to meet her grandmother and her beloved dog Maro that she had a long time ago, but she can’t find two of her best friends Rikka and Alice. It looks her precious memories have been changed somehow. If things continue as is, the future will be ruined, too. The Precure girls have to fight to protect their memories and future!!
