Giovanni’s Island
With anime feature films not getting a lot of lead-up attention until the weeks before they actually come out, a new piece has surfaced from Cinema Today that has the full trailer for the February 22nd, 2014 release of Giovanni’s Island from Production I.G. The filmis being directed by Mizuho Nishikubo based on the screenplay by Shigemichi Sugita and Yoshiki Sakurai. The film is getting a wider release in the spring of 2014 from Warner Entertainment Japan and Production I.G. will be handling it when it starts going overseas later on for distribution.
