The Anime Network has finally brought out more Diamond Daydreams to Hulu as they originally added the first episode in the summer of 2013 and then had no more added. Now, the remaining twelve episodes of the series are available on the service in dubbed form only. The show was originally released by ADV Films back in 2006 in single volume form before getting a complete collection in 2007, which is all that’s available as currently distributed by Section23 Films. No re-releases or high definition versions have come about since then and it’s uncertain if ADV Films still retains the actual rights to it or if it’s ended up in other hands.
Plot concept: The stuff of dreams is a cloudy haze, that is, until one comes true. Take a trip up north for a series of stories from six women and their trials of love, loss and life in Hokkaido.
