FUNimation Showcases ‘Ben-To’ Anime Opening/Closing Sequences

FUNimation surprised a lot of people when Ben-To began streaming on their site, the first couple of episodes now up, but going short of announcing they have any further rights to it. Now the company has brought out subtitled forms of the opening and closing sequences to try and draw you into the show more to see what kind of interest there is. The opening was performed by Aimi for the song ”LIVE for LIFE ~Ookamitachi no Yoru~” while Sen Yarizui handles the closing with ”Formula of Smiles”.

The series will be rolling out new episodes in stages that will differ for EVS subscribers and free viewers, which you can see below. The series originally was broadcast in the fall of 2011 with animation produced by David Production. The series is based on the light novels of the same name by Asaura and Kaito Shibano that began back in 2008  which has ten volumes out so far and is still ongoing. A Few spinoff manga series have been produced as well.
