Outside of Gundam Unicorn getting a worldwide release, it’s been pretty thin for most Gundam fans the last few years after Bandai Entertainment closed up shop. With a huge catalog of material out there and a relatively niche audience for a lot of it but also a good chunk of it that has fans that grew up on it during the Toonami years, it’s a hard catalog to mine but one with so much potential if done right. We have a potential clue that we may see more news on it this year as we get closer to the 35th anniversary portion of the franchise that began back in 1979 as Madman Entertainment responded to a question about their past releases of First Gundam by talking about new releases in the wings.
What Gundam series do you want to see get the re-release or first-time release?
