Blood Lad
Kadokawa does a pretty good job every week of highlighting their manga releases, whether it’s through the weekly and monthly magazines or tying in their ongoing series with whatever ones have been adapted into anime, or are coming soon, in order to raise brand awareness. This week we get a few different things from the Japanese publisher that are definitely fun to check out to see how and which ones they promote. The two big ones here are for Blood Lad, which is getting the first nine volumes pushed with the anime series airing now, and the other is Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, which has two manga promotional videos included this week, one for the mini comic and another for the first thirteen volumes.
Kadokawa is also dropping in some new commercials for their Comptiq magazine, which brings in a little Fate/Prototype while the Newtype August issue makes a big highlight for Monogatari Second Season.
