With the Gotham series getting the straight to series order, it’s definitely a plus for them since they can start putting out official images and information early to seed the series premiere this fall on Fox. We’ve had a taste of it so far with the official character images for Harvey Bullock and Selina Kyle and now we get the next one with Alfred Pennyworth, who is played by Sean Pertwee. From the previously released information, the character is described as “a tough-as-nails ex-marine from East London who has loyally served the Waynes. Now, in the wake of their tragic deaths, he’s fiercely protective of the young Bruce Wayne.”
