Big Hero 6
With a November 6th, 2014 theatrical release date ahead of it, the production for the Disney/Marvel CG feature Big Hero 6 continues to be a very quiet affair. Directed by Don Hall (Winnie the Pooh) with co-director Chris Williams (Bolt), we’ve gotten our first taste of what the voice cast will be like as T.J. Miller tweeted that he was taking on the role of Fred in the film – before he quickly deleted it. Miller isn’t a household name by any stretch but he’s been in some fun films such as Cloverfield and She’s Out of My League and has done some voice over work as well, from the two How To Train Your Dragon to Gravity Falls TV series.
With Miller being the first to talk about being in the film, we may be getting more information coming out soon about it.
Plot concept: The story of Big Hero 6 takes place in the high-tech city of San Fransokyo and revolves around a robotics prodigy who finds himself embroiled in a criminal plot that threatens to destroy the city. He joins forces with a reluctant team of first-time crime fighters, which includes Fred, nicknamed “Fredzilla” for his ability to transform himself into a Godzilla-like creature.
