With the recent July slate from Sentai Filmworks announced, which had a lot of variety to it in terms of how the two formats are being handled that lead us to creating a table to break it down easily, the company has responded to talk about why some releases get DVD and why some get Blu-ray. For fans who’ve been around the block a few times, these are not surprising answers and is basically what we get from nearly every company when asked about it.
