Disney Infinity
With the only text attached to it being “The possibilities are…infinite”, it’s the kind of tease that works well as Disney readies Disney Infinity 2.0. We’ve known a second iteration of the game was in the works for awhile since there is no next-generation version available for either the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One and Disney isn’t going to leave that money on the table for long. The first version landed last year and while the sandbox style game that mixes various Disney properties together went over well with some, it had its flaws as well that kept it from really clicking like the Skylanders game series. With the 2.0 version announcements coming soon, and the inclusion of Marvel superhero characters and the interaction they can bring to the game, it’s expected to get a whole lot more interest and further the reasons that Disney bought Marvel in the first place.
