One of the few shows that didn’t picked up for simulcast this season, Kimi no Iru Machi, aka A Town Where You Live, has had its Japanese DVD and Blu-ray release schedule formalized. The series is going to be released across six volumes for both formats with the first volume arriving on September 25th. The Blu-ray releases will be priced at 7140yen each while the DVD releases get priced at 5775 yen each.
The release is coming for the first volume with some limited edition/first press materials. Planned for both formats is a special story drawn by original creator Seo Osamu. On disc extras include the clean opening and closing sequences, the original promotional videos and the various TV spots made for the series.
Plot Concept: Eba Yuzuki, a girl from Tokyo moves to a countryside to attend high school. She lives together with a guy named Kirishima Haruto whose father is an apprentice of Eba’s father. Haruto never agrees to let Yuzuki stay at his house and always rejects her. Another girl, Kanzaki Nanami, comes whom Haruto might be in love with. So… what will happen in this story?
