Ghost In The Shell Arise
With the news of Ghost in the Shell Arise being acquired by FUNimation and plans for a quick release subtitled-only essentially import version planned in order to try and stem some of the piracy aspects of the title, the official Ghost in the Shell Youtube Channel has let loose wit ha new nearly two minute promo for the first episode, aka Border 1. The first episode runs nearly fifty minutes and we recently got a nine minute look at the episode and this promo brings in even more scenes from the show that haven’t come up in previous promotional videos.
Plot Concept: In this prequel set one year after the fourth World War, cyborg and hacker extraordinaire Motoko Kusanagi from the military’s 501st Secret Unit finds herself wrapped up in the investigation of a devastating bombing.
