Robotech
If there’s going to be a winner of title released the most times across the most formats by the most publishers, Robotech is certainly going to be a top contender if not the winner. With the series and work now under Lionsgate’s distribution for Harmony Gold, they’re prepping a twenty disc DVD collection for November 5th. Finalized pricing information is not available yet for it but there are plenty of technical details to be had about the release and what it contains, including apparently some new never before released documentaries.
Robotech: The Complete Set includes the remastered versions of all 85 episodes from the three Robotech Wars: The Macross Saga, The Robotech Masters and The New Generation. It also includes the Robotech: 2-Movie Collection featuring the fan favorite — The Shadow Chronicles — and the latest film, Love Live Alive, as well as a bonus disc.
