Agent Carter
There’s not a lot of things being said about the Agent Carter TV series due to the way Marvel handles things so quietly, so the reports of adding two new people to help shepherd the project ABC is largely going under the wire with nobody outright talking about what they’re involved with. The potential series has just gained executive producers in Tara Butters and Michele Fazekas of Reaper fame. The pair are are currently working as showrunners for the new series on the network, Resurrection, and are looking to take on writing/executive producing roles for Agent Carter.
The Marvel On-Shot on Iron Man 3 got a lot of positive buzz before it even premiered and that only went up as fans got to see it and ABC saw potential for a period piece spy drama that could be smaller and avoid direct contact with the current Marvel Cinematic Universe. We’ve heard through unconfirmed sources previously that Hayley Atwell has signed on for the role and is up for it and Dominic Cooper, who played Howard Stark in a few of the movies, is certainly interested as well.
