Content: (please note that content portions of a review may contain spoilers)
With a rival introduced in the previous episode, Tomoya’a life is only getting more complicated. Can it get more so when some of Ichika’s actual friends arrive as well? Even if not, his fear is certainly understandable as he meets Ruri-Ruri and Marinacchi, two pretty young women that Tomoya can’t help but to at least notice. And noticing is not good in Ichika’s book. Both girls are certainly curious about Tomoya, but there’s only so much that they can learn because of the way Ichika is around him, being so protective. While the girls try to draw down Ichika a bit, we just see more and more of how into Tomoya she is, and that just makes it more complicated for him. Particularly when his friends find out that there are even more cute girls at his place now.
In Summary:
Tomoya’s gasps of fear are definitely comical to watch and the way his friend Mitsuru tries to get in on the action to his advantage is definitely hilarious since you know he’s got bad intentions. The show expands the cast well here, goes for a number of quick gags that are both verbal and visual and you have to just enjoy the rampant silliness of it all. Tomoya’s in a truly difficult situation and from what we can see, Ruri-Ruri is definitely going to be an enabler but Marinacchi may try to calm her down, provided she can get everyone to stop checking out her rack.
