Magi
The spinoff OVA that’s set for the Magi manga series, Magi: Sinbad no Boken, has gotten a bit of new material this week as the official site has updated with a new three minute promo and a thirty second TV commercial for it. The limited edition manga volume is set to land on May 16th, 2014 which brings more of the series by Shinobu Ohtaka and Yoshifumi Otera’s to life. With the anime adaptation, Daisuke Ono will return to the character of Sinbad by playing a younger version of him, having taken on the adult role in the main Magiseries. Magi: Sinbad no Bōken is all about the early days of Sinbad’s life and his many adventures. We’ve now got new information on the production through the trailer which reveals additional casting as well as the staff:
