The first release week of September gets off to a solid start as we get a wide range of shows across the board, from Shoji Kawamori bringing in the strong AKB0048 release to a classic from years prior with Elfend Lied. Studio Ghibli gets some timely representation on the heels of Miyazaki retiring with GKIDS releasing From Up on Poppy Hill and we also get to go in the complete opposite direction with Critical Mass releasing some hentai with Love Dolls and Slave Sisters.
