M3 - The Black Steel Image 1With the anime adaptation set after the recent announcement of the project, a manga adaptation has also been scheduled for M3 – The Black Steel. While the anime adaptation has some big names with Junichi Sato, Mari Okada and Shoji Kawamori attached to it, the manga is no slouch either as the adaptation will be handled by Kazuomi Minatogawa. it’s scheduled to debut in the Monthly Comic Blade magazine with its first appearance set for the April 30th issue. Minatogawa only has one formal series under his belt with Carnaval Glare, which was for only one volume in 2013, but he’s done a lot of pinup work that’s available on the internet which is pretty slick looking.

The series is scheduled to debut on April 21st, 2014, as one of the later new series of the season.
